I am a third year PhD student in the Department of Linguistics at New York University. My advisor is Maria Gouskova.
My interests are in phonology and syntax, and especially their interfaces with morphology. My research so far has focused on Tibetan.
Before coming to NYU, I received my BA in linguistics at the University of Chicago, where I was advised by Karlos Arregi. I also worked with Ming Xiang at the Language Processing Lab.
My surname is 顾/顧, pronounced as /ku˥˩/ (high-falling tone, voiceless unaspirated stop).
